Is it really next day delivery?

Instruments

If orders are received before 1pm, we endeavour to despatch them the same day. As we use a next-day courier service, you should receive delivery the following day. Obviously this excludes weekends and public holidays, although we can arrange Saturday delivery at extra charge.

Instruments will need to be signed for. Please use a work or alternative delivery address, if there will not be anybody at the invoice address. You can also specify a preferred delivery day, but couriers cannot specify a time of delivery. An early delivery is available at extra cost - please enquire.

Some instruments may not have been checked through our workshop yet, and this may extend delivery by one day or so. It does also depend on stock availability, but we only list instruments we carry in stock (unlike most other sites). Normally over 96% of instruments on our site are in stock. We sometimes have problems with instruments being out of stock from our suppliers, but we try to list these on our online site.

If we cannot ship immediately, we will always let you know. You then have the option to wait or cancel. Deliveries to Europe usually take about 5-7 days.

Please enquire about shipping outside the EU. The website will not accept these, but we can calculate a price for you.

 

Accessories & music

These are usually sent by second-class post. This means you should receive delivery within 2/3 days. You can however choose to have first-class delivery for only £1 extra. Remember to select this option from your shopping basket, if required.

Some bulky items may be sent by parcel post or by courier. Again, if we cannot ship immediately, we will always let you know. You then have the option to wait or cancel.
